S.B.Reshellers Pvt. Ltd., a Company from the house of Shirgaokars, was incorporated in 1978 at Kolhapur. During the last two decades, the company has made great strides in its scale of operations, product range and turnover.At present SBR is a leading manufacturer of Sugar Mill Rollers in India and is manufacturing around 1500 rollers p.a. The large integrated foundry and machine shop complex is a result of concentrated efforts towards development of technology and skilled manpower which enables the company to manufacture a whole wide range of cast iron castings and rollers of various sizes and weights. The company caters to major sugar factories and original equipment manufacturers of sugar mills in India. The company also manufactures Kamal Rollers (Internal Bleeding Rollers), underfeed and force-feed Rollers of its own patented design.

The factory has an area of 12000 sq mtrs. and is well equiped with 3 cupola furnaces which helps the foundry in producing around 7500 tonnes p.ath single piece costing weighing upto 20 MT. the machine shop is also wellequipped with heavy duty lathe machines, plano millers, boring machines, drilling machines,shaping machines etc. The machine shop's also equipped with 5 Nos. EOT cranes of capacity 10 to 35 MT.
