FOUNDRY
A heavy cast iron foundry with maximum capacity of 20 MT single piece casting, is equipped
with two 42 and one 36" dia divided blast Cupola Furnaces along with sand mixer, air
compressor, pneumatic rammers and chippers, sand dries etc.
PRODUCTION
Manufacturer of cast iron sugar mill roller shell and other castings ranging from 300Kg.
To 20MT single piece, such as machine tool castings, pump casing bodies, die punch, base
plates, fork lift counter weights etc.
CHEMICAL LABORATORY
The foundry has a well equipped chemical laboratory with latest equipment for wet
analysis. Other facilities for physical testing and microstructural examination are also
available.
PATTERN SHOP
The foundry has its own pattern shop with all modern eqipments to manufacture all type of
intricate patterns required for the foundry.
MACHINE SHOP
A heavy duty specilised machine shop
capable of maching various heavy and intricate jobs weighing 25 tons.
Manufacturers and suppliers of mill
spares such as crown pinion, couplings, trash and scraper plates, bearing housing and all
types of shafts such as tailbar, transmission shafts, motion shaft, fiberizor shaft etc.
